Member and Staff Awards
The 91ºÚÁÏÍø presents awards annually to members and staff whose service to the mission of the 91ºÚÁÏÍø and the National Academies has been especially distinguished. The 91ºÚÁÏÍø Member Awards will be presented during the 91ºÚÁÏÍø Annual Meeting in Washington, DC.
The Walsh McDermott Medal
TheÌýÌýrecognizes an 91ºÚÁÏÍø member for distinguished service to the 91ºÚÁÏÍø and the Academies over an extended period of time.
The Adam Yarmolinsky Medal
TheÌýÌýis awarded to an 91ºÚÁÏÍø member from a discipline outside the health and medical sciences.
The David Rall Medal
TheÌýÌýis awarded to an 91ºÚÁÏÍø memberÌý who has demonstrated particularly distinguished leadership as a chair of a study committee or other activity.
Cecil Award
TheÌýÌýrecognizes a current or former staff member for outstanding, sustained contributions to programs or membership activities.
